What we manage
InPromptAds is a managed ChatGPT ads practice for B2B companies. We take a brand from “should we be on ChatGPT Ads?” to a measured campaign: checking category fit, mapping the questions buyers already ask ChatGPT about your category, turning them into context hints, writing ads that read as useful rather than promotional, and connecting the click to a page that keeps the same promise.
The work is deliberately narrow: ChatGPT Ads, the other AI answer surfaces as they open to advertisers, and the content and measurement system around them. We do not sell paid social, search management or generic creative.
How an engagement runs
Check fit
Category policy, legal-entity country, landing-page crawler access and measurement readiness. If ChatGPT Ads is the wrong channel for you today, this is where we say so.
Map the prompts
The questions your buyers already ask ChatGPT about your category, the situations behind them, and where competitors already appear in the answers.
Build the campaign
Account structure, ad groups by buying situation, context hints written from real sales language, two to three ad variants per group, and landing pages that keep the ad’s promise.
Measure and decide
Pixel or Conversions API, UTMs and CRM fields, attribution windows, and a written read of the test against the kill-or-scale criteria agreed at the start.
Who it is for
Good fit: B2B companies with a product people research in conversation before they talk to sales, a category that passes OpenAI’s ad policies, a landing page that works for a first-time visitor, and enough budget to run a test long enough to read. Digital products, education and software sold to businesses and their teams are the usual starting points.
Check first: OpenAI’s ad policies are built around consumer categories, and B2B software is not named as its own category. Financial, health and legal services can be approved case by case only in the United States and are generally prohibited elsewhere. Our category guide covers the policy line by line, and it is the first thing we check with you.
Not a fit: teams that need guaranteed results from day one, commodity media buying, or anyone looking for an agency to open an account in a country their business is not registered in.
Your account, your data
OpenAI’s setup guide has the advertiser create one account in its own legal name and invite everyone else, and it says anyone managing several advertisers should create a separate account for each. We follow that. The account, its billing and its history are yours. We work inside it as an invited user, and our reporting reconciles Ads Manager against your CRM rather than replacing it.
That matters on this channel more than most, because the account’s country, currency and time zone are fixed at creation, and the brand and legal names shown on ads go through review when they change. Getting setup right is part of the engagement, not a favour. See account setup and verification.
Markets
ChatGPT Ads self-service is open in 63 countries, from the United States and the United Kingdom to the UAE, India, Singapore and the whole of the EU. Each market has its own minimum daily budget, set by billing currency, and its own rules: European campaigns cannot rely on custom audiences while ads personalization is unavailable there, and new accounts may be held to their home country at first.
We plan around those constraints before spend, not after. The market-by-market detail is in our ChatGPT Ads country guides.
What we will and will not promise
We will not quote you a CTR, CPC or ROAS before we have run your account. OpenAI states that no performance benchmarks exist across advertisers, industries or campaign types, and the public numbers are single-account tests over a few weeks. Our review of the evidence explains why.
What we will agree before launch: the question the test answers, the spend and duration needed to answer it, the conversion event that counts, and the result that means stop. Our approach to that is in when to kill a test and what a readable test costs.
The method is public
Everything we do is documented in 80 sourced field notes, each dated and checked against OpenAI’s documentation: the launch checklist, native ad copy, measurement, troubleshooting, and the full ChatGPT Ads guide. The work is led by the co-founders, and InPromptAds is part of Newtation, which works the organic side of the same AI answer surface.
Questions, answered
What does a ChatGPT ads agency do?
It plans, launches and measures campaigns in OpenAI Ads Manager on your behalf: checking that your category and landing pages pass review, writing context hints and ad copy, setting budgets and bids, installing conversion measurement, and deciding what to change from the results.
Can B2B companies advertise on ChatGPT?
Sometimes. OpenAI’s ad policies focus on consumer categories, including digital products and education, and B2B software is not named as its own category. Financial, health and legal services are case by case in the US only. We check your category against the current policy before any spend.
Who owns the ChatGPT Ads account?
You do. The account carries your legal business name and billing details, and we work inside it with the access level you grant. If we part ways, the account and its history stay with you.
Which countries can you run ChatGPT ads in?
Any of the 63 countries on OpenAI’s self-service Ads Manager list, as long as your legal entity is registered in one of them. New accounts may be limited to their home country at first.
What results should we expect?
We do not promise benchmarks, because OpenAI publishes none and the public data is a handful of single-account tests. We agree a measurable test, the spend needed to read it, and the criteria for stopping or scaling before launch.
How do we start?
Tell us what you sell and who asks about it. We reply within one business day, and the first step is a category and readiness check, not a media plan.
