Using inpromptads.com or joining the waitlist means you accept these terms. The waitlist is free and commits you to nothing; the site is informational; the InPromptAds name and content belong to us. InPromptAds is operated as part of the Newtation Group.
01What this site is
inpromptads.com describes a managed advertising service for AI conversation surfaces and collects early-access signups for it. Content on the site is provided for general information about the category and our approach. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
02The waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It does not guarantee access, placement inventory, pricing, or timing. Availability of AI ad placements depends on third-party platforms, including OpenAI, whose products and policies change on their own schedule and outside our control.
03Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempting to break or probe our infrastructure, no submitting forms with false identities, and no using the site to send spam or unlawful content.
04Intellectual property
The site, its design, its copy, and the InPromptAds name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution and a link. Do not republish whole pages or pass our work off as yours. Third-party names such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is descriptive and implies no affiliation or endorsement.
05Disclaimers
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the content accurate and current, but the AI advertising category moves quickly and we do not guarantee that every figure or platform detail is up to date at the moment you read it.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, InPromptAds and the Newtation Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
08Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
